VENDOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The Cassandra Scott Ministries (CSM) Executive Committee agrees to permit Vendor to rent a booth during the 2026 Global Empowerment Prayer Summit (hereinafter referred to as the Summit). In consideration of the foregoing and of the promises and mutual covenants herein, the parties agree as follows:

1. OPERATION. Vendor personnel must staff vendor booths, CSM is not responsible for providing personnel to staff vendor tables.

2. SET-UP. Set-up will begin at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, October 9th and Set-up at 8am on Saturday. Vendors reserving multiple days will not be required to break down each day as the area will be locked at night.

3. LOAD-OUT. Final breakdown will be Saturday Evening after 7pm service, October 10, 2026.

4. SALES & AUDIENCE SIZE. The Summit does not guarantee sales or audience size. We are expecting 250-350 participants.

5. ADVERTISING. The Summit will advertise to the best of its ability. The Summit Executive Committee always looks for new ways to advertise and grow the prayer movement, so please consider sharing our flyer with your serve list.

6. VENDOR BOOTH SIZE. Vendor table will be 6 feet. Vendor understands that the Summit, in its sole discretion, will assign space. Vendors must provide all supplies necessary to operate effectively.
Vendor will provide their on Wi-Fi and/or the Hotel will provide the Wi-Fi.

7. SPACE RENTAL FEE. Vendor agrees to rent a booth space during the Summit to be held October 9-10, 2026, as indicated below. All Fees Are Due and Payable with The Submission of This Agreement, as APPLICABLE.

8. ELECTRICAL SERVICES. Electrical outlets will be available as part of the booth rental fee.

9. PUBLICITY. Vendor agrees to allow use of name, likenesses, and other materials as may be deemed appropriate for advertising, publicity, or marketing promotion of the Regional Prayer Summit without compensation. Vendors may be asked to link to our website to help us promote the event.

10. SIGNAGE. A vendor may only display its own business signs and banners within the assigned vendor space.

11. CHANGE. CSM is not responsible for providing change to vendors.

12. STORAGE. Vendors will be allowed to store their products inside of the meeting room, the doors will be locked overnight, however CSM is not liable for any merchandise.

13. CONTENT. Nothing can be sold, distributed, or displayed that can be construed as unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, scandalous, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane, or any other material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under the law.

14. SECURITY. Vendors are responsible for the security of their own property and equipment at all times. No security personnel will be assigned specifically to vendors. The Summit shall not be held responsible for loss, theft or damage to any property left on the grounds at any time.

15. CANCELLATION. The vendor understands in the event the vendor cancels after October 4, 2026; the entire booth fee will be forfeited.

• October 10, 2026, Saturday- Set up time 8am, Conference time from 9am to 11pm.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Vendor agrees to display all items in a professional and attractive manner and to keep their area free and clear from obstructions that may pose a threat of bodily injury or accident to event attendees. Vendors should also cover their items with a tablecloth or like item when they are away from their table, as CSM is not liable for any lost items. Neither CSM nor Turning Point Faith Ministries make representation or warranty to vendors of guaranteed sales that vendors will receive by displaying their products at this event. Therefore, the vendor, by participation, releases CSM and Turning Point Faith Ministries from all liability resulting from loss, theft, and/or damages to Vendors’ products, supplies or displays.
INDEMNIFICATION FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE: except in the case of either party’s indemnification obligations with respect to third party claims, in no event shall either party be liable under this agreement or under any cause of action, whether in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, for any consequential, incidental, special, or indirect damages, including specifically lost profits, loss or revenues. In the event the event is cancelled, all payments made by vendor will be refunded.
